Alexa - Hospitality AI Conversation + Backend IS is a smart voice-concierge platform we helped develop for Thoesch GmbH. It allows hotel guests to request room service, report maintenance issues, and explore local attractions through Alexa devices, creating a seamless and intuitive guest experience. Fermicoding transformed Thoesch’s original single-property solution into a scalable multi-tenant system that supports multiple hotels with individualized configurations.
Built with SvelteKit, TypeScript, and Alexa Smart Properties, the platform includes a powerful web-based administration tool that connects to various data sources, enabling hotel staff to manage and customize interactions effortlessly. The result is a scalable AI-driven hospitality solution that enhances guest convenience while streamlining operations across Thoesch’s growing portfolio of hotels.
